Quinn Wilson (Chicago IL) is currently the Creative Director for the iO Comedy Network, of the famous iO Improv Theater. He leads a team pitching TV pilots, creating comedy web videos, teaching video production classes and doing branded work all along-side the legacy comedy talent the iO theater churns out. Commercially, he is repped as a comedy director with Big Spoon Industries. He is a festival award-winning director focusing on comedy and social justice related work. With over 20 festival appearances, with some of his festival wins including ‘The Amsterdam International Film Festival’, ‘Las Vegas International Film Fest’, & ‘The Big Island Film Fest’. As a producer Wilson’s worked on ‘Embers’ which garnered great esteem and many festival awards. Wilson has a strong interest in social justice issues, global non-profit volunteer work, and and using this medium transformatively to change the world, as in evident in his video work with ‘Echo100plus’,‘All Chicago’, this project, and his new venture, What Matter Productions.

Bill is a writer, director, and performer from Chicago, IL currently residing in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of The Second City Chicago, iO Theater Chicago, and The Annoyance Theater, which found itself as a home to multiple plays he wrote. In the Fall of 2015, he was an ensemble member in the inaugural season of TruTV’s show, “Roadspill” and performed with his comedy sketch group Delirious Confetti every Sunday night at The Playground Theater. Along with his work in TV and film, he was a staff writer for the iO Comedy Network through 2017 and 2018. He is excited to be a part of the Beloit International Film Festival and is looking forward to seeing some midwest snow after sunny LA!

Born just outside the “Chocolate City” of Hershey, Pennsylvania, this Chicago transplant has been making headway in the Midwest since 2010. With focuses in directing and screenwriting, Jeremy Silva dove into the independent scene as a freelance cinematographer and writer. A humanitarian and community leader, Silva has shot video segments for a variety of non-for-profits, including the Humane Society, Immerman’s Angels, and Blessings in a Backpack.

Jeremy has written and directed several short films. His last effort, Watermelon Eyes, was an official selection at the Blow-Up Chicago Arthouse Film Festival and the Reel Recovery Film Festival. His first feature, The Rake, was produced by Unified Pictures and is planning for a release of Summer 2018.

 Kristin Peterson Kaszubowski and Leo Fleming are Milwaukee-based filmmakers.
Kristin Peterson Kaszubowski is an award-winning filmmaker, published poet, and budding playwright based in Milwaukee, WI.  Since graduating in 2012 from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a documentary journalism degree, she has made dozens of films, many of which have screened across the country and globe.  Her poetry has been published by such presses as dancing girl press, ICHNOS, Z Publishing, pity milk press, and more.  Her first full length poetry collection will launch in June 2019 from Vegetarian Alcoholic Press.
In 2018, her music video “Gravetalking” (artist: Amanda Huff) won the Milwaukee Film Festival’s Cream City Cinema Music Video Award.  She was also awarded the Brico Forward Fund for her first feature film “Ringolevio.”  She and her team will begin production in Spring 2019.
Kristin Peterson Kaszubowski is also an artist-in-residence at the newly launched No Studios, an exciting new entity that will foster the marriage of art and business in the greater Milwaukee area.  She also is on the Executive Committee for the Milwaukee Filmmaker Alliance, a non-profit that aims to support artistic and commercial filmmaking in the area.
Leo Fleming is a UW – Milwaukee film grad and currently works at SRH Marketing as their primary editor.
