Enjoy Your Stay
While you are in town, we want you to have a wonderful time. Your filmmaker pass gets you into any movie or BIFF event free of charge. Each of you is entitled to up to 4 Filmmaker passes. They can be for the Director, Producers, Actors, crew, and whomever you like. They too are then entitled to go to movies and events * free of charge during the festival.
- If you have additional friends attending your screening, they must purchase tickets for the event.
- There’s plenty of places to eat, drink and stay in the town. For information about BIFF Venues, downtown, and area maps, please visit:
- If you are at a hotel near the freeway, we can plan to get you downtown for the festival each day and get you rides back to your hotel at the end of the day.
Communications
We believe communications is very important. For that reason, we ask that you verify with us at LEAST 21 days before the festival begins who you are including in your pass list. Their full names, titles with the film if appropriate (i.e. Director, Producer, Cast, etc.), and a cell number and email are appreciated. This way we have the best chance of staying in touch with you.
Please advise us of your travel plans. If you are flying into Beloit at either of the Chicago airports or Milwaukee and need transportation to Beloit, please make sure to indicate your transportation need in the RSVP link. This will help us so that our crew of drivers can best arrange for your pickup.
