Screenings can and do sometimes sell out.

And filmmakers attending their OWN screening
First Priority. Guaranteed Seating
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to screening time to guarantee your seat.
(2) Pass Holders
Second Priority. Seated after paid ticket holders, IF seating available.
(Filmmakers, other than for their OWN film, Sponsors, Press)
If a screening is sold out… it’s, well… sold out. :-(
There’s no extra seating available for pass holders.
15 min. prior to screening time available seating made available.
(3) Festival Volunteers
Third Priority. Seated after pass-holders, IF seating available
(Volunteers get 4, free, non-transferable screenings access)
5 min. prior to screening time available seating made available.
So, the basic concept is this…
Some screenings DO sell out.
IF you’re a badge holder or volunteer and you REALLY want to be sure you can get into a particular screening…
Don’t risk it. Purchase a ticket. :-)
- We will always do all we can to add additional screenings whenever possible for films that sell out well in advance.
- Each venue must be cleared after each show. Saving seats between shows is not permitted.
- Cameras and recording devices are not permitted. Please silence cellular phones.
- All sales are final
