Booze Boys & Brownies is Veronica Mannion’s one woman stage play re-imagined and expanded for the screen. It takes place the month of December and was shot in 11 days with Raul Gonzo as Director of of Photography. The movie boasts a multi-talented cast playing several different parts! It’s not just a comedy with heart, but also a musical!

The Director/Writer/Producer and Star of Booze Boys & Brownies; Veronica Mannion is a Bay Area native who is currently making waves in LA.
You may recognize her from the viral web comedy Crowned, or on last season’s Showtime show Masters of Sex, or from standup and improv shows in LA! After performing her one woman show Booze Boys and Brownies (Exit Theater SF, Theater Asylum) to enthusiastic but tiny crowds, she decided to bring it to life on the big screen in a bigger, broader, and boozier way.
Veronica’s written dozens of original songs (new ones for the movie!), 1 children’s book, 2 one woman shows, and 2 plays. This is her first screenplay and her directorial debut.
