DR. REINHARD NAGL (Heinz Trixner) would rather hide behind the walls of his extravagant Austrian castle than embrace the outside world, but when his 70th birthday approaches he is surprised by his overzealous best friend from childhood, LORENZ ZWEIG (Christian Futterknecht).
Zweig invites laughter back into the walls of his friends home, enticing the staff to embrace romance and even conspiring to re-unite Nagl with his first love – MAGDALENA (Uschi Glas).
Has Zweig arrived too late or can Nagl learn to live before he dies.

“Vor. Seit. Schluss!“ marks Alexander Peter Lercher’s first feature. Originally from Austria, Lercher received his undergraduate degree in the greater Los Angeles area and completed his Masters degree at Royal Holloway University of London.
Lercher has had the privilege to work for companies such as Content Media Corporation, Treasure Entertainment, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Red Bull Media House. He shot numerous short films and his short documentary Act of Violence was shown at the Santa Cruz film festival in California and got an honorary mention at the SIDoc Film Contest in San Jose, CA.
Lercher is currently working on his new project.
