Sa-ha likes her homeroom teacher. Sa-ha just watches her teacher from afar, hiding her mind. Classmate Sae-bom appeared in front of Sa-ha. Unlike Sa-ha, she looks mature. Sae-bom noticed that she also liked her teacher. The two begin to keep each other in check. Sa-ha is just confused by the first feeling she has ever experienced.
Director Statement
Sticky Pinecones is inspired by a true story that happened to the writer one morning when he was out walking. It changed his life. And to tell that story, I chose to have a young autistic actor play the role of the young boy, to give the film authenticity, to be true to the story.
