Hot off the press, the Beloit Daily News printed program for the 2022 Beloit International Film Festival will hit the streets Tue. Feb. 8th at the Hampton Inn. All the times and locations for more than 100 great films and a dozen special events and workshops, a year in the making, will be listed and distributed at the annual Chamber of Commerce BIFF Reveal party.

Over drinks, food, film previews, and free ticket giveaways, you will have a chance to plan how to get the most out of Beloit’s “Walkable Film Festival.” With a number of new venues this year, and some new special event locations, you will want to set your sites early.

Program book cover art and the official BIFF 2022 poster art created by Bonnie Willison. The BIFF program book layout created by Mary Terry and printed by the Beloit Daily News.

The Reveal Party, part of the Chamber’s Business After Hours series, runs from 5-7 p.m. at the Hampton Inn at 2700 Cranston Rd. in Beloit. Co-sponsored by G-5 Brewing Company, tickets are $5 and it is free to members of the Beloit Film Society.

The Beloit International Film Festival this year marks its 17th season as the region’s major international cultural event. BIFF is generously sponsored by the Hendricks Family Foundation and Visit Beloit in association with Beloit College. Support for the Festival comes from area businesses and civic organizations, and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts. Critical individual support for BIFF is provided through gifts and membership in the BIFF Film Society of Beloit.
