Program Book Drivers
This is a new volunteer position for BIFF and we could use your help.
We would love to get the printed BIFF Program Book and festival posters out to other communities where we know we get festival attendees from.
If you’re generally available to help deliver program books around the broader stateline area we’ll provide the program books and coordinate with you where we need some delivered. Typically these are area restaurants, bars, coffee shops, libraries, sponsor locations etc. Ideally we would like to post or leave a festival poster also when applicable.
If you already commute or travel to some regional areas anyway that would be ideal. Perhaps you could help us out by taking some along with since you’re going that way anyway and drop some off in that area.
We have seen that program book placements bring in festival attendees from targeted areas. And your contribution would be a big help.
Volunteers will receive the same four BIFFicates thank you as all our other volunteers.
Thanks for helping to get the word out on BIFF.

Box Office
If you’re comfortable working with a computer and learning our ticketing system we could use a few more box office team members.
Not a big trick for generally savvy computer users but must be willing to learn.
Venue Ambassadors & Technicians Only
The tables below indicate by the check mark what volunteer slots are taken. They’re broken out by date, time & location.
Once a film screening has all the volunteer slots taken it is hidden.
(if you’re looking for something but not finding it)
Please review the available open slots and email or call your preference. We will try to accommodate on a first come first serve basis.

We’re not able to capture everyone that’s given of their time and talents, many of whom work behind the scenes. BIFF depends on you and we thank you. Please know we truly appreciate you and the entire community of volunteers that come together each year to make BIFF a wonderful event for everyone that comes to experience it.
Thank you.
