Director Statement
For my final project, my instructor suggested that I talk to Womanspace-Rockford, a local non-profit devoted to empowering residents through creativity. Some of the wonderful activities are captured in this documentary. I hope you enjoy it!

Karen Busser had worked as a secretary for over 20 years, and decided to pursue filmmaking in 2019 at Rock Valley College in Rockford, IL. She is enjoying the creative challenge, and loves spotlighting highly deserving non-profits in the Rockford, IL area.
