One of the very best aspects of the Beloit International Film Festival; filmmakers attending the festival to present their films to you the BIFF audience.

Attending filmmakers will introduce their films, field Q&A following the film screening and generally “be around” town and the festival to talk about their project. Filmmakers will frequently comment on the level of engagement they’ve received from you, our increasingly film-savvy audiences. Our festival attendees routinely comment that the opportunity to meet the filmmakers was among their favorite aspects of the BIFF experience. Frequently we’re told, the opportunity to meet and hear from the filmmaker is a factor (wink) in deciding which films to attend.
